Outgoing Exchange
The Office of Global Affairs, Guanghua School of Management, holds “International Day” annually to explain and answer questions about the exchange program.
The Guanghua “International Day” will be held on 26 November 2021 from 12:30-16:00 in Room 301 of Guanghua Building 1. Students who are interested in applying for the exchange program are advised to reserve your time in advance.

Students must first complete the system registration and verify the email (PKU email only). Log in after you sign up successfully at: http://exchange.gsm.pku.edu.cn/application/student/login.html
Only once for academic year 2022-2023 (Fall 2022, Winter/Spring 2023).
The online application portal opens on January 15, 2022 and closes at 9am on February 25, 2022. You can check and amend your application before submitting. Not allowed to change after submission.
The length is a semester. A semester at our partner institutions is between 2-4 months.
Only pay regular tuition to PKU and tuition fee to host institution is waived.
No. As exchange slots are limited, we hope to give more students the opportunity to participate in exchange programs. It is also not allowed to apply for an exchange extension while on exchange. Please refer to Guanghua Office of Global Affairs for further information if a year-long exchange program is available at particular institutions.
Yes. There is no limit to the number of institutions you can apply to. It is important that you rank them carefully as we select in order.
Undergraduate: First or second semester of junior year.
Undergraduate who is postgraduate recommendation: Second semester of postgraduate studies.
MFin (BA), Academic Master, MPAcc, Maud, and MBA: Third or fourth semester
