I was born in China, where I lived until the age of 8, and spent years leading up to now living and working in Canada, Switzerland, France, Spain, and the UK. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, reading, exercising, and meeting new people. My international exposure has provided me with cross-cultural knowledge, but for the very reason kindled my curiosity about China. My most recent work experience was at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. The experience broadened my horizon to various sustainability issues around the world. Through reflection, I started to interpret the private sector differently: businesses should act as a catalyst in filling the gap of often overlooked social issues, and in the process, drive positive change in our society. PKU's solid foundation in social sciences coupled with Guanghua's balanced course delivery (combining theoretical and applicable knowledge) made Guanghua School of Management's MBA program the perfect match for my need. If you share the same curiosity about China or passion about social issues as me, I highly recommend this program. The professors are very passionate about their teaching, and are open-minded.
